Our Impact


EOYDC is committed to providing evidence based practices. A comprehensive analysis of responses from 350 alumni revealed EOYDC alumni transition into responsible, educated, economically self-sufficient, engaged citizens. This retrospective analysis demonstrates that our character based leadership model is a foundation for students’ success.

EOYDC participants are most likely to obtain an undergraduate degree and pursue a career in Athletics, Non-­Profit or Education.
